The Public Administration Program is designed to provide the student with the knowledge, skills, and techniques required to be effective within public-sector fields of employment. The emphasis is directed toward the interrelated concepts of public management, civil service systems, labor relations, human resources, budgeting techniques, and organizational development.

The proposed transfer of credit on this plan is subject to review and verification by Admissions and Records.

Select 1 from the Humanities (40) Core 
Select 1 from the Visual and Performing Arts (50) Core 

Public Administration: Exit Competencies

Students must pass each class with a grade “C” or better.

ENGL 1301 - Composition I  and ENGL 1302 - Composition II 

Oral Communications Competency:

SPCH 1311 - Introduction to Speech Communication 

Mathematical Skill Competency:
