Internal Scholarships

Alamo Colleges Foundation Scholarships are available for students enrolled at one of the Alamo Colleges who are:  high school graduates or earned a GED, first-time-in-college students, currently enrolled college students, or former college students.

• The priority deadline for internal scholarships:  (visit www.alamo.edu/foundation/scholarships to check for dates).

• It is easy to apply, visit www.alamo.edu/foundation/scholarships for complete eligibility requirements, the online application, and other helpful information.

• One scholarship application, once per academic year can be considered for several Alamo Colleges / SAC scholarships.  Scholarships can range from $250 to $1,000 per academic semester.

Academic Department Scholarships

Some SAC academic departments also administer their own scholarship programs and therefore may have separate applications.  Check with the department of your major to learn of scholarships you may be eligible for and to obtain their application.

External Scholarships

These are Non-Alamo Colleges Scholarships which are available to students attending any college.  External scholarships information can be found through scholarship search engines.  Some of the most popular resources include:
