POFT 1472 - Technical Customer Service

Prerequisites: POFT 1313, POFT 1371, and basic computer skills

General principles of customer service within a technical environment. Topics include internal/external customer relationships, time management, best practices, critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and non-verbal communications skills, and conflict resolution.
