PHYS 1402 - General Physics II

Prerequisites: PHYS 1401 or equivalent with a C or better
Integrated Reading & Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: INRW 0420

This course fulfills the requirement for a technical course in physics with a laboratory component for programs such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and architecture. It follows with an exposition of the basic principles of electricity and magnetism, light and optics, and atomic and nuclear physics. Computer applications relevant to course content may be utilized.
