KINE 1102 - Cardio Combo IThis course combines hi-lo impact dance aerobics, step aerobics, cardio kickboxing and circuit/interval type workouts to assist in the reduction of body fat and promote cardio respiratory and muscular endurance. Students will use body bars, free weights, resistance balls and other specialized equipment. Nutritional principles are discussed as well.
