    DAAC 1319 - Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders


    An overview of causes and consequences of substance-related and addictive disorders, the major drug classifications, and the counselor’s code of ethics. Competencies and requirements for licensure in Texas are explained. Addiction issues related to diverse populations are presented.
