Associate of Arts, concentration in Art

The Associate of Arts degree offers coursework that is designed for students planning to transfer to a four-year university or art school to major or minor in Art, and will also benefit any student planning to pursue an art-related position, including:  independent studio artist, production artist, teacher, illustrator, photographer, museum or gallery employee, advertising arts, graphic designer, or arts administrator.  The coursework offered meets the recommended transfer curriculum of the Texas Association of Schools of Art (TASA).

Note:

(ARTS 1303 or ARTS 1304 recommended for ART Majors)
