Prerequisites: CHEM 1405 or (CHEM 1305 and CHEM 1105), all with a grade of “C” or better.

Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0302
Study of the chemical, physical, and sensory properties of food; nutritional quality; and food use and diet applications.
