CDEC 2428 - Administration of Programs for Children II
Prerequisites: CDEC 2326
Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0301
Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0301
Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0300
An in-depth study of the skills and techniques in managing early care and education programs, including legal and ethical issues, personnel management, team building, leadership, conflict resolution, stress management, advocacy, professionalism, fiscal analysis and planning parent education/partnerships, and technical applications in programs. Capstone course - must be taken during the last semester.
