KINE 2175 - Adaptive Physical Conditioning II Prerequisites: KINE 1175
This course is a continuation of KINE 1175. Intermediate level activities will be incorporated for development of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and control of body fat. Appropriate individualized exercise prescriptions will be designed for each student.
