FIRS 1371 - Hazardous Materials Transportation Specialist

Prerequisites: Completion of Hazardous Materials Technican Training or OSHA Hazwoper Technican Training

This course meets or exceeds the qualifications for National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 472 Standard for Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents Chapters 12, 13, and 14 which train specialists to respond to tank car, cargo tank, and intermodal tank incidents.
