Computer Support Specialist, Level I Certificate

This certificate may be completed in one year.  Main responsibilities include troubleshooting a computer for problems and finding the quickest best solutions to fix them.  They support computer hardware and software issues, network problems, and protection from viruses and malware.  This degree will help you prepare for industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Linux + and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.  ITSY 1342 in this degree has been approved by National Security Agency, NSA certification(applies to San Antonio College and St. Philip’s College only).
