SLNG 2311 - Interpreting in Specialized Settings
Prerequisites: SLNG 1321 and SLNG 1344/SGNL 2301 This course focuses on interpreting/transliterating for special populations (e.g., deaf/blind, high visual, oral deaf) in a variety of settings (e.g., religious, artistic, medical, legal, mental health). Activities are designed to reinforce basic theories and techniques related to working with special populations in various settings.
