CDEC 2288 - Internship - Child Care Provider/Assistant

Prerequisites: (CDEC 2287 and CDEC 1194) or CDEC 1381
Corequisites: CDEC 1195

A work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills and concepts. A learning plan is developed by the college and the employer. This course includes six hours per week of practical experience in an infant or toddler classroom and is linked to CDEC 1195. Both must be taken concurrently. Recommended Basic Skills Prerequisites: MATH 0410 and ready for INRW 0420
