HMSY 2337 - Managing a Unified Incident Command This course is a study of the common set of procedures of the unified incident command system for organizing personnel, facilities, equipment, and communications t successfully coordinate situations such as natural disasters, fires, rescue operations, kidnapping, hazardous material spills, mass casualties, terrorism, and/or weapons of mass destruction. It includes the identification and application of key roles and functional responsibilities for professionally managing these types of incidents
