Additional Program Information
The Case Management certification offers a scaffold to students in the AAS program to gain a stackable credential as they progress. It is a desired skill set for local employers and a current gap in higher education. The certification also gives an opportunity for students who receive a bachelor’s degree or who are attempting to gain promotion in a current position, to secure a clearly defined and desired skill set. Bachelor programs in psychology, criminal justice or sociology often lack the applied skills desired by employers. This certification will help the student be competitive and distinguish themselves in hiring pool.
