PHYS 1402 - General Physics II Prerequisites: PHYS 1401 or equivalent
Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0301 Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0303 This course fulfills the requirement for a technical course in physics with a laboratory component for programs such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and architecture. It follows PHYS 1401 with an exposition of the basic principles of electricity and magnetism, light and optics, and atomic and nuclear physics. Computer applications relevant to course content may be utilized.
