    DNTA 1167 - Practicum (or Field Experience) - Dental Assisting/Assistant


    Prerequisites: Admission to the Dental Assisting Certificate or Associate Degree Program or approval of program coordinator.

    Corequisites: Concurrent enrollment in DNTA 1301, DNTA 1305, DNTA 1315, DNTA 1353, and DNTA 1415

    Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0301
    Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0303
    Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0300
    Practical, general workplace training supported by an individualized learning plan developed by the employer, college, and student.

    Semester Hours: (1-0-8)
