This certificate is designed for the beginning Interior Design Technician or the practicing professional who wishes to work in architecture and construction-related industries.  It includes two courses which cover the use of the AutoCAD software to produce simple two-dimensional construction drawings used in industry.  In addition to basic understanding of Interior Design, the student will learn three-dimensional SketchUp software which provides a means to create presentation drawings.  The courses in this program presume no previous background in the use of AutoCAD, Architecture, or Interior Design.
