Corequisites: NURS 4161 Leadership and Management Clinical

This course focuses on the exploration of organizational strategies, leadership theories, and societal trends with implications for decision-making in healthcare. Management techniques and nursing care decisions are examined by synthesizing knowledge of various health care organizations.
