Upon completion of the Bachelors of Science Degree, students will be able to expand their role and become leaders in the healthcare systems. In addition, they will be able to apply research to practice to assist with improving patient outcomes and quality of care. Students will be able to work in public health settings as leaders and apply the knowledge learned from the program to develop health promotion and prevention measures. Graduates would be able to further their education to earn a master’s degree in nursing to work as practitioners, administrators, educators, and clinical nurse specialists.
